COVID-19 Safety Protocol

To our Valued Customers, 

The health and well-being of your pet is our top priority. As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community continues to develop, we are monitoring the situation closely. We are continuing to follow state and federal guidelines for opening with respect to the corona virus.

We will provide curbside services for medical appointments, technician appointments, surgery check-ins, and retail items.

Please adhere to the following safety protocols we have established for your appointment:

**Please do not enter our lobby unless directed by a staff member**

Medical Appointments: 

When you arrive, please remain in your car and call our office (801) 254-6621. A receptionist will check you in. The technician will meet you at the car and bring your pet inside into one of our sanitized exam rooms. A doctor will call you and go over any medical recommendations and answer any questions at that time. When your pet’s examination has been completed, we will bring your pet and medications (if needed) out to your car. The technician will take your payment and bring out your receipt.

Surgeries:

When you arrive, please remain in your car and call our office (801) 254-6621. A receptionist will check you in. We will have a technician meet you at your car to review the surgery release form and procedure. Once finished, a technician will take your pet inside.  When the surgery is complete the doctor will call you with post operative instructions and pick-up time. When you return to pick up please remain in your car and call us. We will bring your pet and medications (if needed) out to your car. The technician will take your payment and bring out your receipt.

Technician Appointments: 

When you arrive, please remain in your car and call our office (801)254-6621. A receptionist will check you in. The technician will meet you at your car and bring your pet inside. When your pet’s treatment is complete, we will bring your companion to your car. The technician will take your payment and bring out your receipt.

Prescriptions & Retail Items:

If you need to refill a prescription or purchase pet food, please call the clinic. To pick up either item, please remain in your car and call the clinic. We will deliver items to your car where we will take your payment and bring out your receipt.
